Traditionally Jamaican food is spicy, as Scotch Bonnet pepper is a staple in most of our cooking. Jerk Chicken and Beef are the spiciest options, however we can custom make a mild version on request.
Our Vegan patties are 100% plant based, filled with Jamaican curry flavoured mixed vegetables. No soy products or artificial fillings are used.

Frozen patties should be baked at 175 degrees Celsius (fan forced) for 25-30 minutes, or until pastry has completely risen and is golden in colour. Baked patties can be stored in the fridge or freezer and reheated in the oven or microwave.
